1. Are you a pet friendly community?

YES! We LOVE pets! Dog treats can always be found at the office. We also provided two doggie waste stations for your convenience. Pet deposit is $300.00 ($150.00 of the $300.00 is non-refundable) and $15.00 monthly pet rent (per pet) with a limit of 2 pets per apartment home. Sorry, but no aggressive breeds are allowed.

2. Do you have laundry facilities on-site?

Yes, each building has a laundry facility open 24 hours a day.

3. What utilities are included in the rent?

We pay for trash pick-up. Water is the responsibility of the resident. All units are electric, which is also the responsibility of the resident.

5. What do I do if I need emergency maintenance service?

Wingfield Club offers 24-hour emergency maintenance. We consider it our Peace of Mind Program. All you have to do is call our office number, proceed with the prompted message, and maintenance personnel will respond within 15 minutes. They will return your call to assure you that they received your page and then head over to your apartment home! It’s that easy!

6. Does your community have good highway access?

We have the best! We are located 5 stoplights away from Hwy 35. Currently the City of Olathe is building an extension off of 127th street to connect to Hwy 35. Once completed; we would only be 1 stop light away. How GREAT is that?
